We ship within 2–3 business days. Shipping costs $4.99 on orders under $50 and is free on orders of $50 or more.

A single tank at $34.95 ships for $4.99. Every bundle is over $50, so every bundle ships free. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and New Zealand. Where your currency is not US dollars, the $50 threshold is converted at the exchange rate used at checkout.

Processing and delivery

• Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays).
• You receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also track it here.
• Delivery times above are estimates, not guarantees.

If your order is delayed

If we cannot ship within the time stated above, we email you with a new expected ship date and offer you the choice to cancel for a full refund. If you do not reply, we hold your order and ship it as soon as it is ready.

Delivered but not received

1. Check around your door, your mailbox, with neighbours and with your building's mail room.
2. Wait 48 hours. Carriers sometimes mark parcels delivered a little early.
3. Still missing? Email support@maddietanks.com within 14 days of the delivery date. We open a claim with the carrier and work out the next step with you.

If the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address with photo or GPS evidence, we may not be able to replace the order. We share that evidence with you.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If it is wrong, email us before your order ships and we will correct it. Once shipped, we cannot redirect a parcel. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect, we reship once free of charge; any further reshipping is at your cost.

Import duties and taxes

Our prices are in US dollars and do not include import duties or local sales taxes for deliveries outside the United States. Orders to Canada, the United Kingdom and New Zealand may attract duties or taxes set by your country, which are payable by you. Your carrier will contact you if anything is due.
