Every order includes one free size replacement within 90 days of delivery. Email us your order number and the size you would like, and we ship it free — you keep the first tank, nothing to send back. Full details in our Refund Policy.

3. Does the guarantee apply to bundles and discounted orders?

Yes. One free replacement per order, including bundles and orders placed with a discount code. Free gifts are not covered.

4. What if my item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect?

Email us within 90 days with your order number and a photo, and choose a free replacement or a refund for that item. See our Refund Policy.

5. How much is shipping?

$4.99 on orders under $50, free on orders of $50 or more. Every bundle ships free.

6. How long does delivery take?

We ship within 2–3 business days. After that, 7–12 business days to the US and Canada, 10–16 to the UK and New Zealand. See our Shipping Policy.

7. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, free of charge any time before it ships — see our Terms of Sale. UK customers can also cancel within 14 days of delivery.

8. Do I pay import duties?

Orders outside the United States may attract duties or local taxes set by your country, which are payable by you. Your carrier will contact you if anything is due.
